A Senior Marketing and Partnership will focus on assisting in brand positioning, demand creation, and driving stakeholder awareness through strategic marketing initiatives according to divisional goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Emphasize sustainability messaging, industry networking, and digital engagement to promote company products, culture, vision, and mission.
- Conduct market research and positioning.
- Propose marketing strategies and lead generation.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, B2B, events) and partnerships
- Lead marketing-driven collaboration across departments and sales collaboration across divisions.
- Tactical
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demand for bioplastics
- Develop marketing messages.
- Campaign creation and supervision.
- Support strategic partnerships & collaboration with stakeholders.
- Guide and track the day-to-day activities of related direct reports.
- Active participation and support in scaling & commercialization strategy across multiple divisions within the company.
- Develop marketing strategies for resin and finished products.
- Utilize email marketing, trade shows, and digital advertising to generate high-quality leads.
- Maintain an informative website while publishing posts, blogs, and videos.
- Support the sales division by developing brochures, sample packets, a product catalog, and other related resources.
- Supervise and develop subordinates.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Marketing/Business) is a plus.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Digital Marketing courses is a plus.
- 3+ years in marketing, brand management, or sales within the manufacturing industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.experience leading projects/team is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational in English, any additional language is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in marketing campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing).
- Understanding of branding, content creation, and PR strategies.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and video editing.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to manage and track the progress of the team.
- Strong skills in project planning and timeline management.
- Ability to explain complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to reducing plastic waste and promoting eco-friendly solutions.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
